We are currently seeking a Trainer / Senior Trainer with prior experience in any sector to lead and grow our company in Trivandrum.

Job Role:

An experienced NBFC Trainer specializing in financial product training, regulatory compliance, sales enablement, and customer relationship management. Skilled in conducting training sessions on loan products, credit processes, KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and collection practices.

Fluent in Malayalam, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect with field staff and customers across Kerala. Known for delivering practical, result-oriented training programs that enhance employee performance and ensure compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Trainer in any sector
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience in training, sales mentoring, or branch operations preferred
• Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel across branches for on-site training
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
